We will start with a tour of the brewery which takes about 1 minute and 37 seconds. The we go through the process of brewing gluten-free ginger beer by tasting 6 or 7 different types of ginger beer at different stages of the process. This takes about one hour and includes a gift bag of 3 alcoholic ginger beers.
